Remove the permission to the order items page

What do you mean by "Looks like you have to nuke the Purchase order permission per the NS Permission Usage Doc

Meaning they can't have permission to create purchase orders.

If they can create purchase orders, its inherently tied to that page existing.

just to be sure, there's no simple solution, like turning the menu option off. Right ?

Removing the permission is the *only* solution
