hello when I export a workbook in csv format, the transaction amounts have a different format
eg : 662.68 / 1.192 / 1.05 etc.
How to have a single export format and that the numbers previously mentioned in my messages are in a format: 662,68 / 1192,00 / 1,05

I think the issue is not with Netsuite but Excel formatting.
What you will be getting is numbers if those fields are of type currency, integer or decimal.
If you open the csv in a notepad or any other editor, you will see none of those commas exist. But while opening in Excel you will be seeing those commas.
While exporting the csv you can use formulas for those columns and convert them to text so Excel doesn't format them.
Or change the formatting setting in Excel.

Can you check what is the field type in Netsuite?

I just use the amount field in my dataset and therefore in my workbook
when I go through a simple saved search with the amount field and I export to Excel I don't have this problem
