I know it's sounds easy but does Netsuite has a report or developers has access to know Item on hand with cost ? Let say monday I received a qty of 10 with cost is 0 (error) Tuesday I received a qty of 20 with cost 5$ Wednesday I received a qty of 50 with cost 10$ I'm looking for a report / something that will tell me that I have 10 at 0 20 at 5$ 50 at 10$

Createa transaction saved search applied to IR/Bill/Check/Credit Card/TO/etc. (whatever is/are applicable to you). You can also use the standard Inventory Valuation (Detail) report although it shows as well the negative inventory transactions (IF/standalone invoice/cash sales/TO/etc.) which may not be relevant to your specific use case.

Hi Luis, I think you missed my point. I want to know the item on hand by Cost. It's not related to Credit card, check, bill, etc... But I want to thank you for the effort. Having said that, we contacted Netsuite and they acknowledge, that what we are looking for is not available in Netsuite. We are thinking to build a SQL Server on the side, transfer the data nightly and create a report from there .

Standalone check, credit card and bill (not just item receipt although normally it arises from IR) could affect inventory on hand as well. Anyway, it's good to know that you already have an alternative.
