morning everyone! Not a surprise that NS support it being useless - anybody have any idea why the drag and drop feature would work when creating a new transaction, but not allow a user/role to add a document to an already existing transaction? Thought maybe the issue was because it was due to trying to add a document to a record the user did not create, but that was not the case. Anyone run into this issue before and/or know how to remedy?
