I talked with support and they said that I need to go get a new 16GB thumb drive for them to build the OBI transfer image to. Then they will overide all that is on Selena's old machine and make it my machine. It should be ready this afternoon. Additionally I had mentioned that I had over accrued my alloted vacation time. So I will be taking tomorrow and Thursday off. That will bring me back under the limit. I will go to the employee portal and submit the PTO request.
