Hi! If we create an email in Netsuite can we embed a video in for the customer to watch? We want the video to come over like a picture so they can just click on it to watch in the email. Is this possible??

Sure, you can embed an HTML video into an email. Get someone who knows HTML for emails to tell you how to write the HTML - and then use an email template.

That said, the video might not work with outlook.

I've never tried emailing an embedded video.

I'd be more inclined to have a link embedded in an image
