It seems way off and it looks to be related to the fact that this is a dropshipment

This is how Netsuite handles Item Fulfillments. Fulfilling a quantity of 1 is actually subtracting it. It depends what filters you have, but you should actually see multiple lines since Netsuite is taking in from one account and out from another. You can make it show a positive # in your search using a formula, but naively it will show negative. Transfer Orders are a similar deal.
