Does anyone know if there is a permission that would allow people to view/click a link in a search? For instance we have this formula (below) in the results of a search. When I run the search unrestricted, users can see/click the link. However if the search isn't unrestricted, then they can't see it. I've been perusing the NS Excel Permission Sheet, however can't see anything. Any ideas?

Do the have "view" on custom record permission on setup tab?
n
They do

I probably could have said that better - I wasn't saying to the custom record itself - I was saying to the setup permission itself on custom records.
I'll get a screenshot for you...

Green boxes - not the grey.
(though - perhaps you should double check the grey too if they already have the green)

The role does have that as well. Its actually a custom transaction and on the transactions tab they have permission for that custom transaction record (called CRO).
I don't see a generic "Custom Transaction" permission on the setup either
k
Hmmm...
They have the "find transaction" permission?
I see a "Custom Transaction Types" in my list.

Ah yes I see the "Custom Transaction Types" and that was the issue. Thanks!
Oh wait. It wasn't I thought I switched roles, but I was still on my Admin role 🤦🏻
I see now that they can't even see the regular document number of the "CRO" transaction. Which is weird because I set the Custom Transaction itself to Full and the "Customer Transaction Type" to Full as well. The role can search/find and edit the transaction well. 😕 Well thanks for looking around with me though. I defiantly appreciate it
