Hi All, Do we have some SuiteBilling users on this channel as well? We have gotten ourselves stuck in a situation where we cannot edit a subscription back to draft because there is a related SO. and we cannot change the SO because the related subscription is not in Draft. Does one of you happen to have any more info to resolve this? so we have tried: • manually setting the subscription line to draft > this cannot be done because the status field is read-only • try to 'Clear Revisions' > this cannot be done because there is a related SO • Try to remove the subscription from the SO > This gives an error indicating that you can only add subscription lines which are in DRAFT? • change the SO status to pending billing > cannot be done because it is not in sync with the subscription • Try to sync the SO with the subscription > (gives the same error indicating that the subscription is not in draft)
