Thanks, this might be really helpful if I can get around the other issues I am having with the bank rec module. They really didn't seem to design it in a user friendly manner for the actual matching.

Agreed! There's definitely still plenty of room for improvement in the banking offerings.

Am I wrong that it doesn't make sense for them to have the reconciliation go by GL date rather than bank date once you make the matches? It seems like that just makes it so you can never do more than one month at a time or you will have multiple months mixed in the reconciliation.

Have any experience with the login not working? I know my username and password is correct. We do use a small bank, but it did show up on the list?

Hey Jordan, I've heard that some banks are supported for personal and not business accounts. As far as I'm aware, I don't think the list today makes clear when this applies. Of course, as far as NetSuite environments go, personal account support is not exactly useful.
The integration infrastructure is a lot more developed for consumer fintech. Business fintech in general lags from what I've observed.

@Jordan Fitch Anecdotally I have tried to set Bank Feeds up with a client's bank and though they were listed as a supported Financial Institution and available on the bank feeds list, the capability was not actually supported. This was BMO - but I was able to successfully authenticate credentials to the bank, just no accounts would sync over.

Hello, sorry to come back to this thread but my question is related. Is the actual 3rd party data aggregation tool used by the Bank Feeds SuiteApp documented anywhere? I am running into a situation where the bank is listed as supported, but the connection is not being made which leads me to a conversation with the bank where we more or less talk past each other for 30 minute increments. It would be helpful to know the service that actually goes and accesses the banks website.

One possibility is your volume is too high. There's a SA something along the lines of Bank Feeds Limitations. The provider is Yodlee but if you fall into one of these documented limitations NS will point you toward building your own
