Are there any good support articles on setting up the IT feature?

Hey, are you sure that you want to add your IT tasks in NS ? I've tried to find a good reason to do that, but other (free) systems are way more accurate for ticketing and service requests.

which ones? spiceworks?

I've tried spiceworks, which is loaded with advertising, freshdesk, osTicket, Zendesk (both not free), and the last one I use is Jira Service Desk, which became my favourite.
