05/13/2020, 6:57 PMAny solution available/recommended for data storage in Netsuite? We have a lot of historical data and our data storage overage is at about 24000 dollars. We are at 1106 percent for our usage or using 110 GB. Would love to bring costs down. Any suggestions?

05/13/2020, 7:58 PMOuch. I would look at my custom records and see if there's anything being stored there that I can blow up/delete (I would take a cautious approach of course)

05/13/2020, 7:59 PMThere is a tool out there for bringing down your transactional history.. but I can't remember what it was called. Effectively what it does is turn SO/Inv/VBs (etc.) from really old periods into consolidated JEs.

05/13/2020, 8:02 PMIf you have old non-posting transactions you can clean up, like estimates/quotes/opportunities it might be worth taking a gander at that.

05/13/2020, 9:27 PM@KevinJ of Kansas really appreciate your help as always. Funndy enough I went to the 2019 invoice and the company paid 71k for the extra storage. So seems like there was a discount this year 🤬
