05/12/2020, 11:39 AM@PNJ Gotcha: Users that have multiple roles, if one role uses SSO, and the other does not... They can no longer switch between roles... they have to sing out and back in using different sign on methods. I had sales people that had multiple roles and learned this the hard way. It does not have to be an all or nothing situation but be aware of this.

05/12/2020, 1:27 PMThe administrator-role can not be access through SSO. But you can have roles that are bound to SSO and login through SSO with the same e-mail.

05/12/2020, 1:40 PM@Watz This is a good practice anyway. It is considered best practice to limit the use or the Administrator role as much as possible.
