Looking at enabling Single Sign On. Can anyone share any gotchas, do/don’t, experiences etc?
s
@PNJ Gotcha: Users that have multiple roles, if one role uses SSO, and the other does not... They can no longer switch between roles... they have to sing out and back in using different sign on methods. I had sales people that had multiple roles and learned this the hard way. It does not have to be an all or nothing situation but be aware of this.

Sounds like a pain for Administrators

It can be, but once you have it setup the job of password resets goes away!
Also off boarding an employee when the leave the company becomes a non issue as when the Network access is cut... so it netsuite
So there are posatives

If you’re an administrator you can’t use SSO? Doesn’t that make testing as other roles a bit crappy?

The administrator-role can not be access through SSO. But you can have roles that are bound to SSO and login through SSO with the same e-mail.
You could create a custom admin-role for everyday admin business.

@Watz This is a good practice anyway. It is considered best practice to limit the use or the Administrator role as much as possible.
