I have a strange one. We have many people entering Sales Orders at the same thing and, it happened once, 2 sales orders were created with the same SO Number. I never seen that before. Any idea to get around it ? Thanks

fix your transaction and then turn off "allow override" on the transaction number on auto numbering page

could also block this at Setup/Accounting/Accounting Pref/ItemsTransactions/other tranasaction preferences. There is a duplicate number Warning.. couple of options including Warn & Block
