Curious what length contracts you sign for your Netsuite or Suitecommerce licenses? Has anyone had success negotiated out of a module on their contract? A shift in business has us desperately needing to step away from SCA, but our corporate IT group has us in a 5 year contract. Appreciate any advice on how we can remain a NS ERP customer, but negotiate out of our SCA contract. A very big ask, but with these tough times, its absolutely critical or our business. I was able to negotiate a Like for like swap on this before. Basically you will not be able to get any money back or a credit, but you MAY be able to swap SCA for some other modules that you are not currently using. you will NOT be able to swap out for PS services though.
