I'm trying to figure out how the Actual Ship Date works. I have some orders that are closed, which had 0 items fulfilled, and the Actual Ship Date field was auto-filled upon close. Netsuite support suggested that I move them to cancelled to remove the Actual Ship Date, but it's still filled in. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? The field is uneditable as far as I can tell.
I fixed it. Had to uncheck 'closed' on all items in the order.
