The only explanation (that comes to mind) would be your NetSuite connection going offline for an integration that's considered as 'legacy'.
In the light of 2FA and Full Access deprecation, we'd reached out to our install base to reconfigure the NetSuite connections a while ago but seems that might have gotten missed.
