hi all! does anyone know if it’s possible to set the ‘Sender’ for a customer workflow?
for example, we have a customer workflow to send customer account statements to customers with overdue balances. however, i want the sender to be our accounting email inbox in place of an individual employee’s email

Yes you can set the sender in the email action of the workflow.

gotcha! would i need to setup our general accounting inbox as a user/employee?
the ‘Specific Sender’ field looks like it’s pulling in a selection of all employees
