04/21/2020, 4:21 PMWe were recently upgraded and have been experiencing issues where web orders show the correct shipping amount on the sales order but the shipping amount changes on the item fulfillment...and of course the corresponding cash sale (we bill on ship date)....has anyone seen any gremlins like this at all that are upgraded?

04/21/2020, 4:39 PMyeah, looks like both are true...but the sales order shows 0.00 and the fulfillment seems like it grabs real-time rates. There is a free promotional coupon added after submit, but i don't know why that change wouldn't be reflected on the sales order and the I.F.
