What's driving your move from expensify to NetSuite? Most folks I talk to are moving the other way

Oops, didn't see your reply since it wasn't on a thread! <@UER9Q3SGM> a client is considering doing this to save on Expensify costs. They have enough employee center passes in NS that it might save $ per user to move away from it.

I'd probably mash that number against the cost of figuring out how to re-implement most of what expensify is doing unless they have an incredibly simple expensify setup before doing it. Don't get me wrong, NS expense reports are passable, but there are definitely some things from an expense management standpoint that expensify is plain better at.

I'd consider image security among the things to debate (not sure how well expensify does on this - but in NS, keeping people from seeing everyone else's receipt is borderline impossible if users want to go digging)

Very good points, thanks. The file cabinet administration is already painful enough in NS as is.
