@_ludlow Are you able to customize the form? It might be that the field is not set to show on the form. Can you see the Credit Limit field?

not a technical advise but try a different browser after clearing cache. it has done wonderss for me. sounds stupid but works a lot of times

So it is set to show on the form and you can't see Credit Hold still?

Is there a workflow running against the customer form? That could be disabling the field.
