04/15/2020, 8:50 PMWhat we do for each release is go through a full release preview test plan. We used the template from suite answers ID 50298 and made our own plan template. We have the test cases based off of the different roles used and their basic duties. We then have a representative from each department volunteer to help with the testing. We give those volunteers access to the RP roles they will test in. They then follow each step in each test case and document the results. If anything fails, we then investigate the issue before the new version is released.
