We have a OneWorld account. All subs has their own advanced PDF design of the customer statement record. We want to email, but if you use the normal way of emailing a statement, the standard design is used and the subject line is the company name of the Oneworld, not the subsidiary name. Do you know if that can be changed per subsidiary?
