@Amtoj Are you doing a transaction saved search with the "Type" set to Return Authorization? I tested out this saved search and it works for me. Here is a screenshot of the criteria and results tabs I have for the search

It could possibly have something to do with the accounts you have in your criteria. I would suggest when you're testing things out to remove the accounts criteria to see if you get some results to see how it's impacting the search.

@Chloë when you tried this saved serach you have a screenshot. how did you create it? created a transaction search or global search?

sorry to be a pain 😞 I am having no luck replicating your Saved Search. I dont see the filter Created From : Type at all

It's called "Created From Fields....". You have to scroll towards the end of the field list.
After you select "Created from fields...." select "Type"

Of course I tried a lot of other fields in Created from fields: just not the type
