Has anyone ever created a redirect from a payment to the invoice paid? Client is creating a payment from an invoice and once the payment is saved, they want to be redirected back to the invoice.

Probably script it - but you might be able to do it with a workflow

I was going to try the workflow route first (i'm not a developer by any means)

maybe an after record submit workflow to redirect?

I have scripted a redirect like that, it can be done. I have ever done it in workflow.
