Is there anyway to determine in logs or somewhere how to find out who removed or modified a Billing Operation Schedule?

@Eric Roelofs - type in GS “System Notes Audit Log”, click on the page, then open filters and find Billing Schedule under Record Type

@Karina, "System Notes Audit Log" does not find any results. I'm trying to find out who deleted a Billing Operation Schedule. Thank you!

yes, and this is very very strange - unless you are not in Admin role of course/do not have privileges to see the notes
