I need to stop being lazy and just start my own dev consultancy for NetSuite.

I was thinking the same too, lately due to lack of time I am passing on many opportunities. If I quit my job then I can take those on but that's the risk. I do have access to cheap out source labor to do the bulk work (data prep, migration etc needed for implementations)

I'd like to only do development projects and not implement people

its been about 10 years for me in netsuite development. There's pretty much nothing I haven't seen at this point. I think it makes more sense to just do it on your own. A lot of times you have to get your own requirements, do your own design and coding but don't get all the money so what's the point if you can do it all?

Netsuite will give you customers, we just need to become alliance partner, not sure what the process is though

I wish I could do that, as an admin and solution SME I need to talk to the users and stake holders all the time. Otherwise wouldn't be able to figure out the shits (their actual requirements) . lmfao
