Following up on our issue querying EntityAddressBook via the REST API after the 2023.1 upgrade (i.e. "Record not found"). Due to "security changes" (their words) that were made behind the scenes, the role in question just needed the Perform Search permission. I don't recall seeing anything in the release notes. Maybe I missed it.
