04/10/2020, 8:43 PMHowdy ya'll. Does anyone know if our Sandbox account is upgraded with the release of a NS update? As in, when we get updated to 2020.1 next week, will our Sandbox account be upgraded along with it or will it remain in 2019.2 until we refresh our Sandbox?

04/10/2020, 8:55 PMgreat question...i think it moves over like production but never tested. when you upgrade go log into the sandbox and check the bottom of the home page...should show you the version its on

04/10/2020, 9:16 PMYou do not have to initiate a sandbox refresh to get the newest features in sandbox. Initiating a sandbox refresh early will just result in waiting until sandbox is updated to get your sandbox with the new version and data.

04/14/2020, 12:04 AMif you're on ACS you can request your sandbox gets upgraded prior to your release. You might be able to request through support normally but ACS actually reached out and asked us if we wanted to do this
