@Shel Singh While I have found that you cannot see deleted saved searches using the Deleted Records search, you can using an Analytics Audit Trail search. To filter much of the info that wouldn't apply, use Criteria and set Component Action any of Deleted and Detail Name is Title. Once you find your deleted search you can remove the Detail Name criteria and then use all the other additional information for when your search was deleted to recreate it. This has worked for me.
