04/08/2020, 6:17 PMHa! I use it from time to time...but it's OK because it's me doing it, lol. I think our sales team uses it too, but it would be nice to be able to tell when it is used by others.

04/08/2020, 6:17 PMI think in this instance it was, because of a file that is attached to the newer sales order, and I know those come over when the make copy is used, but that could have also been the sale person reattaching it for who knows what reason...
