Good day! In my NetSuite mobile > My Approvals > Expense Reports, it shows all expenses under my team regardless if i am the next approver or not. If an employee's supervisor reports to me, his expense report also shows in my list.

There's an enhancement request to add filter in my approval in SuiteIdeas. But I was wondering if anyone's able to limit the list in the past? I would like to show those with Next Approver = mine.

For now, I created a search and added it to Reminder portlet.

yup. apparently, only user interface would pickup the proper approvers based on the workflow since the context filter of mobile does not pick WF states
