Hi does anyone know how to show the Header Memo field in the Approve Journals page? It's showing the transaction line memo instead. (since the Memo on the Customize page also pertains to the Line Memo). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

there should be a field called “Memo” and you probably want main line as true I believe but that wil take away from the lien level detail

Hi leo, thanks for your response. I don't think we can filter out and set to main line is true in the Customize page of the Approve journals page. It's only giving me limited options.

Ah @Keziah Rodriguez - I use a saved search for the journals pending approval and a workflow, that worked out better for me. Because the native functionality requires an approval for every single journal entry. — I was talking from that reference point.
