Hello All, I am having an issue on a Case Workflow to set the 'Assigned field' to a group. I have an employee group setup as a support group, but in the list I only see employee names and not any employee groups. Any thoughts?

I thought groups were for case assignments via the rules rather than via a workflow

I have that functionality working correctly, but I was hoping to have the first group be specified through case rules/territories, and then have the Workflow set the second group.
