@scottvonduhn I don't like this suggestion much but since you're stuck: What's your normal range for usage qty? Is usage qty of 1 common/feasible? If not, you could add a free tier to your pricing plan so that usage qty 1 is free, and if there was no usage import usage of 1. Obv this does not work if 1 is a potential real value, and it's a bit of a hack. Normally you'd bill your subcription line for the commit, and explain to the customer that if there is no overage charge that means usage did not exceed the commit (whether it's 0 or just 1 less than the included usage doesn't matter)
