@Karina understood, except that our contract doesn’t work that way. The way it’s worded is that we charge 1% of usage or the $1000, whichever is higher. So, if the usage is above a certain amount, we’d have to not charge the $1000, so it’s not fixed. Is this really an uncommon billing scenario?
