If a Vendor Bill is in a locked period, can I change the Billing Address? I tried checking "Allow non-GL changes" for the period, but when I edit the Bill and update the address, it doesn't actually save the update

You cannot make a change in an address – whether Ship To or Bill To – if the transaction is already on a closed or locked accounting period
