Question about usage-based subscription lines: We have several items where we have set a minimum charge, which we want to bill even if the usage is 0. However, the UI won’t let you create a zero quantity usage record. Yet, if we don’t create any usage at all, no charge gets generated, so the minimum fee is not charged. Is this a bug or a gap? How are we supposed to handle a minimum that works correctly even with no usage? For additional context, we can’t split the item, because it bills like this: 1% of usage, with a $1000 minimum charge. If we separated the $1000 fee, then the 1% would be in addition to the $1000, rather than instead of it. I feel like this is a bug in SuiteBilling. Does anyone else have this issue?
