03/31/2020, 9:14 PMAlso, I "heard" that the NS WMS was really from an outside party that they bought - same as FAM. One of the guys at my local user group table said he would never do it. I would really seek advice on someone who has implemented or gone through 1 and used it in their warehouse.

03/31/2020, 9:19 PMNS WMS was purchased from another company (i forget which one though) but their solution team was still made up of the original people as of a couple of years ago. from what i remember RF Smart offers much more functionality so both solutions should work fine depending on what you need. E.g. i think NS WMS is pretty weak on the mobile side of things

03/31/2020, 11:11 PMI’m just implementing WMS Netsuite and 20.1 have made my life and warehouse staff life very easy. They’ve made lot of improvements on RF device as well. Lots of records are now Netsuite native records not custom records so processing time is very less.
