I have a subtab inside which is a sublist saved search, which is working fine for me on the Administrator role. That tab is applied on RA/VRA, but if I switch the role to some other, the tab isn't available. What should I do make the tab available to all users and roles. Slack Conversation

Is the search available to the roles you are trying to share it to? Make the search public, or share to the necessary roles. Or, it the roles don't have access to the record type you are searching for, you could check the "Run Unrestricted" check box in the search.
