We would want to associate the packaging materials used with each sales order. In some cases, packaging materials and the quantities would not be the same for a specific item. It depends on the other items purchased by the customer in the same order. Is this best accomplished by an item group that users would update in the SO depending on what the actual packaging materials and quantities used? And then we'd only show the item group itself in the pdf templates.
