Hi, does anyone have any insight as to how integration records included in bundles are related to roles? Does installing a bundle with an integration record within it generate a new role in the Netsuite instance? Wondering whether it's possible to edit the permissions that an integration has once the bundle has been installed, and I see that role permissions are configurable, so hoping to do so this way. But I don't see a role in

associated with the downloaded bundle in question. Does an integration always have full admin access to the Netsuite instance it has been installed on? Thanks 🙂

Depends on the bundle. Installing an integration doesn't automatically create a role. Some bundles will include both. Others will document the permissions needed so you can create/select a role. IMO integrations shouldn't operate with full admin access. We create custom roles for each of our integrations. That allows us control and keeps clear what each has access to. I have had vendors claim they need admin access but that hasn't really been the case. It may be "easier" but is not necessary (or best practice).
