Hi Everyone! I am trying to edit a Cash Sale which initially had "Deposited" status. I changed the status to "Not Deposited" as well but I am still unable to edit the transaction amount as I want to change the tax applied to 0. Is there a way to update the line items? I am getting an error:

Hi Salman, have you tried changing the price level?

Price level set on it is custom I only want to change the tax to 0. If I change the price level it changes the total prices completely.

Is the period closed?

@LEP17 Period is open, we worked on it a lot and for some reason unknown to us still, we can edit the line item that contains the item ( Because the environment that we are working on has a process that they first add the inventory items or kit items that are purchased by the user, then a commission is added which is "Other Charge for Sale Item") only by editing the item line that contains "Other charge for Sale Item" before editing the item containing Inventory Item or Kit Item.
