Hello, we are new to Netsuite and I have tasked with creating a test plan for when they do the bi-annual upgrades. I have downloaded the Test Plan and took a look at it and it seems a little confusing. Does anyone have a test plan they could share or any insights on how to create one from scratch. I have never created a test plan and am struggling with it.
