Anyone else seeing a weird issue where 2FA is not working on an admin account? My Auth app is working fine in other environments, but not my newest one. It will only work with the SMS messages. It keeps saying that the Auth app codes are expired... Never seen this one before...

Maybe a time difference?

That would make sense... But, the environments I'm in are all in different time zones... Hmmm.. Worth a shot to try switching my timezone aroung, though.

Unlikley that is the issue - I was thinking like a few seconds time difference - just long enough for the code to expire

yeah... Who knows... probably related to all the other broken things as of late... 😕

A couple months ago there was a filed defect, allegedly it has been resolved but neither the other admin or I had to reset our password/2fa lately so you never know, if yoiur 2fa was set up it was working but if you need it to do a new 2fa set up with an authenticator app if failed

If you are using the Google authenticator app, try going to settings > time correction for codes > sync now
