Anyone else experienced that the number format has changed? We use "comma" separator, but now it is period for all users. No change has been made. And we can't change back if we change our personal preferences. Update: I have tried to change it in general preferences with the admin role, but it changes back immediately to the old one and nothing is recorded in the audit trail. Update: I have contacted Netsuite, but no answer. This is crucial for us, since all PDFs we create look strange with this number format and registration of data takes long time. No one that knows anything about this?

In general preferences, when you say it "changes back" do you mean the Number Format field within general preferences does not retain your input, or does it retain your change but your formatting is not updating? Also, do you have subsidiaries? If so, number format can be specified there as well. Lastly, customer records allow for individual number format too.

Hi, I can now change it in general preferences, but for every user, every subsidiary, it is 1,000,000.00. I have 1 000 000,00 on user, on subsidiary and in general preferences, but still 1,000,000.00. Same for all users. Used different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, with no result
