We have a customer requiring (by contract) that we maintain data for fifteen years and be able to retrieve the data within one business day. Is this something Netsuite manages or do we need to look to external sources?

03/10/2020, 3:10 PMI'd be tempted to store that in some independent place that would allow me to maintain it separate of my ERP if that customer were big enough to justify being willing to cooperate with the clause instead of getting them to revise it down...

03/10/2020, 3:13 PM@KevinJ of Kansas Yea, I will contact my AC; I just thought there might be documentation somewhere. As for the fifteen years, it is a medical facility and they don't seem to care what system we are on as long as the data can be maintained and retrieved.

03/10/2020, 3:15 PMRight - but as part of most implementations I do, I normally have summary data migrated, and only open data. Loading 15 years of a specific customer transactions in future implementations sounds... troublesome.
