Good morning everyone! got a quick question for you. is there a way to set the customer's dashboard as the default screen on the record instead of the form view? Thank you in advance

It’s a set preference so each user needs to do it, but once it’s done it’s good to go

i can't seem to update the form to have it show up in the summary to the right. do you have any suggestions there? i made a new form but the only one i seem to be able to populate is the default one

What you cannot show on the left? Certain fields?
On the custom form look for subtab called quickview

yeah i'm sorry, i can't insert my custom form into the page when i "personalize" i can only add and remove the customer (default)
i'm going to the custom form now
i'm refering to the sumary view to the left in the dashboard view i've made a new dashboard form but i can't add in in the personalize section

@Joshua Lane @Suitestallion You can set this globally on each role. Navigate to: Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles. Click edit next to the role and navigate to: Preferences subtab. You need to set "Set Customer Dashboard As Default View On Customer Record" as ✔️ed.
