Not looking but always reading: That role..is it remote? Seems like it shouldn't be. If located in SFO the comp won't work for someone good in the areas you need. Those areas get tricky and good resources attract attention. Otherwise you will grab a pair of mid tier folks and the costs will rocket up anyway
