[Global Search: custom record] I created a new record called 'Grouped Invoice'. I checked 'Include in Search Menu', 'include in global search' and 'allow quick search'. When I type 'Grouped Invoice' on the search bar, I can access the list of data and the page to create new Grouped Invoice. However when I switched from administrator role to my custom accountant-X role, I cant find grouped invoice. For my custom accountant-X role; I included 'Grouped Invoice' in permissions (FULL). What am i missing please?

That's a great point @battk. I saw this recently, where the custom record had "needs custom records entry" permission and the role had full, for the custom record, but the role could not access.
